There's not too much to say
I really love the colors, the twilight scene, and Derpy itself
But the picture itself is quite "simple"
The sun...perfect
Derpy's shadows are quite good, as the grass
But I find the lack of shadows in the mountain at the back a bit odd, as the sky. But that's only my oppinion, its still pretty good
Speaking about the technique and style...there's nothing wrong with anything but Derpy. I think her right front leg is a little out of place, like some centimetres more forward, and that can ruin the illusion of her walking or trotting properly

No matter I found this quite "simple", I'd rather call it "original"
I've seen lot of thing involving Derpy but I never seen something like this..."relaxed"

Oh, and the little song symbol, it made it more sweet <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/m/m…" width="15" height="15" alt=":meow:" title="Meow :3"/>

Good job <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="" title="Clap"/>
